Here is the fifth exercise in the series on feeling the energy of Universal Consciousness inside our body.  This is an old Tibetan Buddhist meditation exercise I learned about 44 years ago.  I found it, and still do find it, an effective exercise in feeling the energy in our Being.  Try laying in a yoga “corpse” pose as illustrated or have you hands folded at your Heart Center.   You may wish to experiment with this exercise to see how it can apply in your life … enjoy the energy!  ~ Bob Carter
