The Five Tibetan Rites
Today, we would like to include an excellent video from Harbor Press, which we really enjoyed watching, which shows the Five Tibetan Rites. We have done the “Rites” before, and thought this video was well thought out and tastefully done.
These are exercises which are said to heal, rejuvenate and vitalize the body, mind, and spirit system. You may like to try these out and see how they make you feel. As with any exercise routine, always check with you health care provider before performing any physical exercise. Namaste
